In case you didn't know, I am dreaming to go to Italy for a painting class with Misty Mawn.
Many friends have rallied to help make it a reality. So far I have 50% of the funds to make it happen!
I decided to have an online art sale to make it to the finish line by the end of August.
I will have several originals available and a few pieces by my talented friend Judy Wise.♥
I had planned to have the auction on August 2nd(my birthday), but it turns out I have to work so the auction will be August 3rd. I had originally thought about having the auction on ebay but I may just have it right here on my blog to bypass ebay fees.
I had a lovely conversation with my friend Jennifer Valentine this morning. We've been online friends for awhile now and it was such a treat to chat on the phone and hear her sweet voice. She makes the most amazing jewelry!
A couple of years ago she made a custom keepsake for me after the passing of my grandmother.

a painting class - how exciting! I definitely love all these paintings! you might consider putting up one of those online donation link requests in case people may want to contribute a small amount when otherwise unwilling/unable to purchase art I think paypal has one!
